Manor House Fisheries : The Rules
Our rules exist to safeguard our fish stocks and ensure that you have an enjoyable visit to Manor House Fisheries. Please read these rules carefully before you fish, as failure to observe the rules or acting in any way, which interferes with others’ enjoyment or use of the lakes, will result in the offender being immediately removed and banned from the fishery.
You are reminded that you should be in possession of a valid EA Rod License before starting to fish.

Anyone fishing at the fishery must have a Fishing licence, substantial landing net, a good quality unhooking mat and carp clinic or antiseptic. People without these items will not be allowed to fish.

All fishermen must pay for their days fishing before entering the fishery.

All nets must be disinfected and unhooking mats must be used at all times.

Maximum of 2 rods per peg.

Barbless hooks only.

No unaccompanied children under the age of 16.

Carp Clinic or fish antiseptic must be used prior to returning the fish to the pond.

Minimum Pole elastic size 10.

No tins on the banks.

Baited lines/rods must not be left unattended at any time. Fishermen who leave their pegs unattended must always remove rods from
the water. -
No spinning radios or fires permitted.

Litter must be placed in the litter bins provided.

Cars must always be parked in the allocated spaces.

Do not park on the grass verge.

Toilet facilities are available and should be used.

No groundbait, bloodworm, boilies or nuts are permitted.

No dogs are allowed on site.

The use of keep nets or sacks for holding fish is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Any person found to break these rules will be removed and not be allowed to return the premises again.
